What we do
We run advertising that asks Australians who want to build an investment property plan to describe what they are after: their goal, a budget range, whether they have a deposit or equity, how soon they want to act and where they are looking. Each enquiry is checked for a working Australian mobile and sent to one advisory by SMS and email the moment it arrives. That advisory pays one agreed price for it. Nothing is shared, resold or held back for a second buyer.
The price per lead is set before a campaign runs, in writing, and it does not move without your say so. There is no retainer, no lock in and no minimum term. If a lead turns out to be a wrong number, a duplicate, outside the markets you agreed or not an investor enquiry at all, flag it within five business days and it is replaced or credited.
What we will not do
We do not publish a price list, because an investor with equity who wants a plan this quarter and a first time investor still saving a deposit cost very different amounts to reach. We do not promise a number of leads a week, and we do not promise how many of them will become clients. We do not name the firms we work with or publish their results, because an advisory's pipeline is its own business.
We give no financial, credit or property advice, we make no claim about any property or investment, and we do not contact the investor after the lead is delivered. What the investor tells us about their budget and deposit is what they stated; we record it, we do not verify it against a lender.
How the systems are run
The enquiry forms, the mobile checks, the duplicate matching and the delivery into your phone are systems built and maintained in house, so when something needs changing it changes that day. Lead data is stored in Australia. Questions about how a lead is handled are answered through the enquiry form on this site.
